Q: Can I stop by and buy a cake, cupcake or baked good?
A: Unfortunately no, We are not a store front. Everything is pre-ordered. Please feel free to send an inquiry or call us.
Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: The sooner the better! however our general rule of thumb is to provide us with at least (1) week notice for CUPCAKES and (2) week notice for CAKES
Dessert tables, Weddings, Large events should be at least (1) month notice
Q: How much are your cakes?
A: Every cake is different depending on # of servings, customizations ETC...
please inquire within for a quote.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: YES! we do deliver. However some locations have a delivery fee.
We have included New Jersey as a delivery option, however your order has to be $100 or more.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
A: YES! All orders $100 or more require a 50% deposit. Orders less $100 must be paid in full.
Your order will not be put on the calendar unless deposit is made.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We currently offer Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, Square( Debit or Credit)
Q: What is SQUARE?
A: Square is a secure app that allows you to use your debit or credit card through invoicing.
An invoice will be sent to your email where you will securely and privately input your information to pay for your order.
You can also use your card physically with our POS machine.
Q: Vanilla Buttercream is too sweet, do you have a less sweet icing?
A: YES! you can try our Swiss Meringue buttercream. This is a less sweet icing made with egg whites and sugar then whipped to a fine consistency
Q: Do you make Wedding Cakes?
A: YES! we do. You will be able to taste up to (4) cake flavors.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, pickup location is in Queens, Ny.
Keep in mind that if you or your party choose to pickup and set up your cake or baked goods, you will assume all liability and responsibility once it leaves our possession.
Q: Do you ship cakes?
A: Unfortunately no we do not ship any cakes or baked goods.
Q: What will happen if I make a late order?
A: All orders that are not within the notice frame are considered late and will be subject to a $25 late fee.
Q: Will I get my order on the day that I request?
A: We try our best to accommodate all Delivery/Pickup (Dates and Times).
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We ask that whether Delivery/Pickup you check your order thoroughly, making sure that everything is exactly what you ordered.
If the person who ordered the cake or baked good is not available to be present come Delivery/Pickup, They can request pictures of their order prior to delivery/pickup.
Any issues or dissatisfactions MUST be addressed at Delivery/Pickup.
Q: When is the balance due?
A: When paying with cash, balance is due on date of Delivery/Pickup
When paying with any other method (Cashapp, Zelle. Square) balance is due (2) hours before Delivery/Pickup.
